Did the business make money last month, or does it look like it did? Three ways to engage, depending on how much of the system is already solved.

  • Modular packaged systems

Not a template and not a rented platform: a complete management skeleton — store, orders, stock, suppliers, delivery and electronic invoicing — that already works end to end and adapts to the business receiving it.

The same base serves a grocery, a distributor, a clothing shop or a clinic, because the circuit it solves is the same: someone orders, and the order has to be prepared, charged, invoiced, delivered — and it has to be clear whether it left a margin.

It ships with each client’s brand, products and rules, and grows with custom features when the business needs them. Code ownership transfers to the client under contract.

    What it includes
    • Storefront with catalogue, search, expiring promotions and registration-free checkout.
    • Orders on a state machine: no step is skipped and nothing is left in limbo.
    • Stock that deducts, restocks and corrects itself, with per-supplier reorder alerts.
    • Electronic invoicing issued when payment is marked, with its receipt.
    • Real margin calculated on net values, not on gross.
    • Branding editable from the panel: name, logo, colours and social links.
    Who it is for
    • Businesses that today track orders across a notebook, a spreadsheet and a chat.
    • Operations with local delivery or pickup that cannot tell what each trip costs them.
    • Anyone already selling on a platform, paying per-sale commission, with the back office still unsolved.
    Modules

    Support agent

    In development

Handles enquiries over WhatsApp, Telegram or email answering only from the business’s live catalogue: current prices, real stock and active promotions. If it is not in the database, it does not make it up.

In active development. The scope published is the part already settled.

A management system already built and proven, dressed with each business’s brand and rules. The standard part comes solved; the specific part is added on top.

  • Custom builds

Some operations look like nothing else, and forcing them into an existing product costs more than building what is actually needed.

Work starts by mapping how things are done today, continues with a closed written scope, and is delivered in verifiable stages rather than one final handover.

Both direct projects and white-label work for agencies and studios that need the technical side solved.

For when the business fits no mould. Discovery, closed scope and staged delivery, with code and data in the client’s hands.

  • Technical and process audit

A business that grew without revisiting its processes ends up resting on patches: improvised fixes that were reasonable at the time and that, at today’s scale, cost hours, errors and money.

The audit reads the complete process, including how areas interact, rather than looking only at the task that fails. That is the difference that matters: the problem is rarely the one being reported — it is the patch someone applied years ago to get by.

The framework is ISO 9001:2015, and it applies just the same to companies that are not certified and have no intention of being. The standard is used as a criterion for ordering and finding, not as paperwork: what gets delivered is a diagnosis with prioritised improvement points, not a certificate.

    What it includes
    • Area-by-area mapping: how the work is actually done today, not how the manual says it is.
    • A map of cross-area interactions, where bottlenecks usually hide.
    • Documentation for the processes that lack it — a precondition for improving anything.
    • Prioritised improvement points, each with the resource it consumes.
    • What is worth automating, what should be simplified first, and what is best left alone.
    Who it is for
    • Companies that grew fast and still carry procedures designed for another scale.
    • Teams spending hours reconciling spreadsheets by hand without knowing where the task came from.
    • Anyone who needs to put operations in order without taking on a certification.

Every area is mapped, along with how they interact, grounded in ISO 9001:2015. Nothing gets certified: the goal is finding what is costing resources.

The hard question first: did the business make money last month, or does it look like it did?

If the answer is uncomfortable, there is a fifteen-minute conversation worth having. The system is shown running on a demonstration business, and the way the work happens today gets mapped.
